Quick Play
Use Quick Play to quickly access and play content on a USB storage device, internal storage, at a URL, and so on. When the Playback on start or when idle is set to Quick Play, the most recently used Quick Play app starts playing whenever the NEC MediaPlayer is idle for more than 90 seconds or when rebooted.
The available apps in Quick Play are shown by activating or deactivating the application in the Apps section. If you do not see one of the Quick Play applications described herein, please go to the Apps section to activate the application.
-
USB storage - play media files located on a USB storage device connected to the monitor.
-
Internal storage - play media files located on the NEC MediaPlayer device's internal storage.
-
Browser - access online media with full-screen website browsing in kiosk mode.
-
Network storage - access content in remote folders on a network, shared Windows folder, or Samba server.
-
Stream - access content through live streaming.
Tip: Quick Play lets you quickly select and play content from a single app. You can create a Playlist to arrange files to play in a specific order and automatically switch between apps (for example, from playing files on the internal storage, to streaming media, to switching video inputs.) Please note that USB storage and Network storage are not available for Playlists.
